Fullerton College marine scientist Sean Chamberlin videotaped a majestic blue whale shooting water from its blow hole then heading into a dive off Dana Point, where four of the creatures came near a sightsighting boat of Friday.

“We got within spraying distance of its blow, really close at one point … The other one showed flukes at least three times. The crowd cheered. Some folks got spectacular shots.”
Chamberlin videotaped the whale while traveling aboard Ocean Adventures, a catamarran out of Dana Point Harbor.
